This past January, Brock posted an impressive 1:04:48 half marathon, a 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier, by fitting in training during a demanding medical school schedule at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While finishing up his last year of medical school, Brock has shifted his schedule to allow for a 6-month training period leading up to the Olympic Trials. He has since relocated to Boulder to continue his training with Hudson Elite in preparation for LA in February. Brock served alongside current Hudson Elite teammate Addie Bracy as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill cross country and track and field team captain from 2008 – 2009. In 2013, Brock was named the North Carolina USATF Long Distance Runner of the Year. We are thrilled to add him and his work ethic to our roster. Furthermore, we are excited to see his performances elevate with more time to focus on training and the benefit of running alongside his new Hudson Elite teammates.
